Netomnia is the UK's second-largest alternative full-fibre network operator and fourth-largest full-fibre network overall, with its wholesale FTTP infrastructure covering over 3 million UK premises across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, backed by over £1.6bn of equity and debt from investors Advencap, DigitalBridge and Soho Square Capital. Registered as Netomnia Limited (Companies House 12008248, incorporated 21 May 2019) at Unit H, The Courtyard, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury GL20 8GD and led by directors Callum Andrew John Dick, Renier Theuns Wynand Horne, Johannes Hermanus Michiel Kock, Wil Imran Wadsworth and Kirk Walsh. On 18 February 2026, InfraVia, Liberty Global and Telefónica agreed via their nexfibre joint venture to acquire parent Substantial Group (Netomnia plus retail brands YouFibre and Brsk) for £2bn, with nexfibre onward-selling the retail business to Virgin Media O2 for £150m; closing is subject to regulatory approval expected Q3 2026. The Brsk retail brand is already being merged into YouFibre (from 16 March 2026). Netomnia has won the FTTH Europe 2026 Individual Award and multiple.
