Vispa was historically a UK national retail broadband provider delivering FTTC (superfast), full-fibre (FTTP) and ADSL packages to consumer and business customers across the UK via Openreach's wholesale network, with operational heritage dating back to 1999 and former Liverpool-based operations. Registered as Vispa Limited (Companies House 06921088) with status now recorded as "in liquidation", the company entered liquidation during 2025 with the Vispa service abandoned in October 2025 and website/support channels going down. Vispa had been a registered supplier for the Gigabit Broadband Voucher Scheme (live on gov.uk as at the March 2026 snapshot) and subscribed to the CISAS Alternative Dispute Resolution scheme during its trading period. Existing former Vispa customers requiring dispute resolution should consult the Communications Ombudsman or CISAS for guidance, and should have already migrated to alternative ISPs following the October 2025 service abandonment. The vispa.com domain was reporting an SSL error at last check, consistent with the service abandonment.
