This extended snapshot summarises how the provider presents itself in the UK market. It supplements the dataset-led summary above.

VXFIBER (VX Fiber Limited) is a European open-access full-fibre (FTTP) wholesale network operator delivering wholesale connectivity to multiple retail ISPs across UK and European markets, enabling competitive retail choice over a single shared fibre infrastructure. Registered as VX Fiber Limited (Companies House 10556810), the UK operation merged with Freedom Fibre in December 2023 to create a larger combined North West England open-access wholesale fibre platform under the Freedom Fibre brand (backed by InfraBridge and Equitix). Post-merger, the combined VXFIBER / Freedom Fibre platform operates as a major UK open-access wholesale fibre provider supporting retail partners including Onestream, TalkTalk, Zen and others. VXFIBER is an ISPA (Internet Service Providers' Association) member and subscribes to both CISAS and Communications Ombudsman Alternative Dispute Resolution schemes for end-customer disputes raised via reseller partners. Trustpilot 4.3 from 100+ reviews. Contact 020 3714 9540 or [email protected], primary website vxfiber.com. Existing VXFIBER customers and partner ISPs should now reference the unified Freedom Fibre proposition (freedom-fibre.com) for current product scope, wholesale pricing and coverage details in North West England and wider English markets.
